Hi guys!
Just a quick note so no one thinks I've fallen off the face of the earth.
I need to take a leave of absence for about a week. Don't worry, I'm not dying or anything, but a lot of stuff in my life is changing right now. I need to be able to take care of it without worrying about leaving you guys on DA hanging.

Man, that was the absolute crappiest summer ever.
But you know what?
DOESN'T MATTER. IT'S FALL, YOU GUYS.

Apparently, going for over a day without sleep is the key to Marie doing well on a job interview. THE MORE YOU KNOW.
My new work hours are 9PM-7AM, 4 days a week. I'm a little worried about what that means for Friday Night worldofavani (https://www.deviantart.com/worldofavani) people, but we'll cross that bridge when we come to it.

Just as a head's up - about a month and a half ago, my boyfriend caught a food borne illness from some sushi we had, and had to stay out of work. Due to their attendance policy (only so many days absent in a 6 month period), he was forced to resign and now he's been struggling to find work.
