Name: Queen Powder Puff. "Puff" or "Puffy" to friends.
Age: Don't you know better than to ask a lady her age?
Likes: Scented candles, bubble baths, trivia, cotton candy
Dislikes: Pessimism, self-pity, unladylike behavior
Hobbies: Hosting parties, spoiling her friends, reading
Personality: Puff serves as a foundation* for her friends and acquaintances. She enjoys letting other people shine and tries to bring out the very best in those around her. She is quietly assertive, often getting her way without ever saying what she wants.
Weaknesses: Coquettish, sheltered, blatant favoritism.
Magic: She can create a powdery fog that can cloak herself as well as choke people in close proximity.
Brief History: Puff is the self-proclaimed Queen of Cosmetica, a beautiful but tiny kingdom just beyond the sunrise. She is assisted by her friends Princess Blush, Eyeshadow, Mascara, Lipstick and Glitter, and together they protect the Vanity Mirror, a magic mirror that can bring great wonder or ruin to the world depending on its user.

Yeah, the whole thing is very silly. They're a parody of the themed 80s cartoons targeted at girls: Rainbow Brite, Strawberry Shortcake, etc, as well as themed magical girl shows like Sailor Moon, Tokyo MewMew, etc.

The more I think about the idea, though, the more I actually like it. Clearly there's something wrong with me.
