Maybe -- finally things are looking up. Maybe. In pre-emptive celebration of not freezing to death, here is part two of Team Time Travel's Testosterone Brigade. (Say that three times fast!)

History: Ask Pecos about his childhood and he'll spin you a story about being raised by the coyotes - and that, my friend, is nothing but a Tall Tale. In reality, Pecos - or William, as he was known then - spent most of his time taking care of his mama, who in turn spent most of her time drinking 90 proof. He was what they'd call a charity case, a source of whispers and sad head-shaking whenever he showed up to church by himself.

As he got older, he did the best he could - joining on a ranch as a farmhand, and it looked like that's where he'd spend the rest of his life. All of this changed, however, when he received a star piece - a fragment of Sailor Pluto's starseed, that granted him superhuman abilities.

Knowing that this was his chance to turn his life around, William made something of a name for himself as larger-than-life hero, saving women and children, stopping train robberies, riding unbreakable horses--it's even said that once, he rode a tornado. This came to a screeching halt when he was approached by Sailor Chronos and her allies, the time soldiers, who wanted his star piece. Faced with the possibility of losing his newfound gifts, Pecos did the one thing he could do: Jump through a time rift.

Sometime later, he was apprehended by two of Chronos' allies, and is currently being escourted to see her -- in handcuffs. Some lawman he turned out to be!

It's ... exactly what it says on the tin. Pecos summons a tornado that steady grows in size as it reaches him. Just when it looks like he's about to play the part of That House in the Wizard of Oz, with a flying leap Pecos jumps onto the back of the tornado. And rides it like a horse.

...It's way cooler than it sounds, ok.
