~BishiLover16's prize for winning #SMOCT's mini tournament. I was going through her gallery and I saw a picture of High Princess Sarah - Sailor Polaris's previous life, and I thought the dress was super pretty. Her princess form also doesn't seem to get much love, so I was compelled.

It was also background practice. Yay rocks and water!
