So, my new job. Some of its overnight, from 8PM-8AM (other times it's from 8AM-1PM because my boss wants me to die in a fire, I think). During the night shift, it's ... really slow and quiet. I have no internet, and idiot me forgot to save references for commissions and stuff.
So I was left with one option: Sketchdump. It helped me get through the first few hours, anyway.
From left to right:
The dark haired boy is Pasque, an NPC from #worldofavani
, in one of his transitional forms. No scales, no fangs, just black eyes and hair. I like to imagine he's making his "OH FFS" face.
The white-haired boy is St. Oleander, an NPC from #worldofavani
. He has no idea about the whole "saint" thing though, but he's essentially Avani's version of St. Nick, protector of children. Every time I look at him I can't help but think of old school Rankin Bass art. Am I just seeing things?
Finally, there is a sketch of me and my boyfriend, Sei'ne (aka ~Kierevar
) in our costumes we wore to last year's Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween party at WDW.
The Alice costume was Kenna's, I borrowed it (...and still need to get that back to you buddy T_T CRAP), but I more or less cobbled Sei'ne's Mad Hatter costume together myself, and made the top hat by hand. He was the most adoraboo Mad Hatter there, we got so many compliments on him. (Fun fact, though--half of WDW's employees do not know what an "unbirthday" is. Shame, WDW! Shame!) People recognized us in other parks all week, it was pretty cool. I definitely want to go around that time again, especially if we can catch the Food and Wine festival again, but I think Sei'ne preferred our trips in the spring better. Maybe we'll compromise and go during the winter holidays next.
